dirty bathroom floor dust
The breakfast was adequate.
The room was not as clean as I expect. There was dust and some dirt on the bathroom floor!!!

lovely staff ideal room convenient location
the staff was lovely and very helpful. the room was ideal for what i needed. the hotel location is convenient to access various points of interest.
the radiator in my room stayed on at full power during a heatwave, and despite reporting this, it never got fixed.

The room could have been cleaner. There was dust. some cobwebs were on the walls. the room was dated but comfortable.
