Beachfront Roca Du Ma Pasu offers air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi, sea views, and a terrace in Monterosso al Mare. The property consists of four ground-level units directly off the main seaside walkway, with no stairs required for access. Each Deluxe Double Room with Sea View has a flat-screen TV, fridge, private bathroom, and a covered patio with a dining area and a private hot tub. A continental or Italian breakfast is served at Roca Du Ma Pasu on the patio each morning, including bread, cheese, meats, sweets, eggs, bacon, fruit, and pastries. There is no reception at Roca Du Ma Pasu, so guests collect keys at Hotel La Spiaggia, 300 meters away. Caretaker Margherita prepares breakfast, handles housekeeping, and offers local recommendations. The location is about a two-minute walk from the train station and a short walk through the tunnel to the old town, opposite the beach. Portofino is 39 km away, La Spezia 14 km away, and Genoa Cristoforo Colombo Airport is 70 km from the property.
