mixed experience

incorrect instructions spanish language

the staff communication was definitely an issue. arriving at 4 pm, i found no one to assist with check-in (apparently, they vanish after 2 pm). the instructions for accessing the hotel were incorrect and of the two phone numbers provided, one was a dud (ha!). the other went unanswered. there was a spanish mobile number for emergencies, but the person on the other end didn't speak spanish (shocking!) and found my request to speak in spanish hilarious (i speak english, but still).
