expensive barfaulty keys
I found the bar prices unacceptable. almost thirty euros for a coca-cola and a gin tonic seems extortionate. the electronic keys gave me daily trouble. They stopped working and required reactivation at reception. i initially thought phone contact caused this, but even wallet storage didn't solve the issue.

The room was clean and spacious. i found many international tv channels. the staff immediately addressed a safe box issue i had. They sent someone right away to fix it. the bed and pillows were comfortable.
the room needed a way to directly cast my screen to the tv.

the room provided complimentary toiletries. slippers and bathrobes were also provided. the ensuite bathroom was large. it met my needs well.

the hotel is located a short distance from a bus stop. a bus from this stop goes directly to the city center. this made access to the main attractions easy.

glued drawersrude staff
The room felt dated, honestly. bedside table drawers were glued shut, which i found odd. the floor seemed dusty, and discovering old underwear in the wardrobe wasn't great. It indicated a lack of thorough cleaning. breakfast was alright. the staff came across as rude. this whole experience should have been better considering the price.
