lacking variety bottled water
The grounds are beautiful and the room was large. Most of the staffs seemed friendly enough. the breakfast buffet lacked variety, particularly with cold meats and cheeses. Other 5-star hotels have done better. Glassware wasnt allowed in the pool area and that was understandable. only bottled water was available in the room. There were no complimentary water at the pool or amenities offered, like fruit. I have never seen this at a 5-star hotel and it was disappointing.

an amazing escape!
modern amenities comfortable bed fresh options convenient access
I celebrated my anniversary here. the whole experience was great. the room had modern amenities and a comfortable bed! in-room breakfast offered ample, fresh options. the staff remained attentive. They were always ready to assist with requests. the location had convenient access to nearby attractions and dining.
it would be better if such work started later, considering guests are on vacation.

The gym features three treadmills plus two stationary bikes. the main pool area provides twenty loungers including a shaded section. a tennis court is available. I remember you have to pay for it, though.

The hotel provides convenient access to the nearby beach areas. the main street, a short walk away, contains restaurants and shops. a shuttle service operates frequently to and from the main road. It is so convenient.

The breakfast buffet had a great choice. it offered various delicious options especially a juicy "moo ping" (thai-style grilled bbq pork skewers). praram para presents classic thai fine dining. The staff can explain the story behind each dish.

the staff consistently addresses guests by name. assistance with requests are quick. porters provide golf cart transportation to the main road. the reception staff extends a warm welcome
