friendly staff helpful staff convenient location free lollies unemptied rubbish bin large knife damp smelling pillows
the staff were friendly and helpful. they remembered me from a previous trip. i also liked that there were free lollies available. the location was very convenient for getting around.
i found some issues in my room. the rubbish bin had not been emptied when i arrived. i noticed a large knife in the second drawer. the pillows also had a damp smell.

dirty windows average food
the reception staff were really good so i did not have any issues with them.
the carpet in the room was soaking wet from a previous guest cleaning it i think it needed more time to dry the windows were also very dirty from bird droppings and dirt i found this quite disgusting food was very average for an upmarket venue
