Tiki Resort - Lake George - A 3-star family resort with a Polynesian dinner show, indoor and outdoor pools, and conference space
Set in a quiet area of Lake George surrounded by the Adirondack Mountains, the 3-star Tiki Resort - Lake George is a family-oriented property with a seasonal Polynesian dinner show, indoor and outdoor pools, and a traditional Americana resort atmosphere. Its three on-site dining venues are the Waikiki Supper Club, Garden Café, and Paradise Bar & Grill; the supper club hosts the dinner show, and breakfast is served in the Garden Café. Guest rooms at Tiki Resort - Lake George include a refrigerator, coffee maker, cable TV, and free WiFi, with family suites available for larger groups and some rooms offering spa baths. The leisure facilities include a heated indoor pool, a seasonal outdoor pool with scenic views, a fitness center, a children's playground, evening entertainment, live music, and themed dinner nights. Outside, there are barbecue and picnic areas, a sun terrace, and an outdoor fireplace. A coffee house is also on the property. The property sits 700 metres from Lake George Beach State Park, 650 metres from Fort William Henry Conference Center, and within 1 km of cruises and the House of Frankenstein Wax Museum. The village is roughly a 10-minute walk from the property, and the Adirondack Factory Outlet Mall is 6 km away. Tiki Resort - Lake George also offers 300 m² of conference and meeting space, meeting/banquet facilities, and fax/photocopying services. Free parking, a 24-hour front desk, vending machines, and kids' meals are available on site.
Cons
The on-site cafe is open during breakfast hours only, so lunch and dinner require going elsewhere.
Wi-Fi can be spotty in guest rooms outside the main building.
