the room was very clean, i saw that right away. the bed were comfortable and i slept well. also, the hotel gave me everything i needed in the double room private bathroom.

the noise from other guests were quite loud. i heard them early in the morning from 6am. also, a fusty smell was present in my room, i couldn't locate its source. i will not be staying here again.

Dave was so lovely and helpful when i arrived. He told me my room was ready even though i was early by a couple of hours. the wood and pipe furniture in the rooms was a special touch. i also liked the fan because there's no air conditioning. the bed was comfy and the bedding was super clean.

the noise from the hallway could be heard in my room.

the hotel is very close to central pier. the location is superb, with access to all the main sights without the need for extensive travel, a major plus.

There are many restaurants and cafes within a short walk. you'll find a great variety of options, from quick snacks to full meals, to suit everyone. i sampled some local delicacies. The food was AMAZING!!!

Acceptable Location, but Improvements Needed

The location proved convenient. It was near Central Pier.

The room was not adequately cleaned . Bed sheets remained unchanged for six days, and the towels were never replaced. This created an unhygienic environment. The waste bin was also left unemptied and this contributed to the room's unsanitary conditions.
