The staff was friendly and very helpful throughout my stay. They answered all my questions promptly and efficiently. the food was lovely, particularly the three-course evening meals, delicious and fulfilling after a long day. i enjoyed the variety of options available at each meal! the location was great, close to the beachfront. breakfast had good options. It was just enough to start the day.

The curtains in my room were barely hanging. This caused some inconvenience, especially in the morning when the light streamed in. this issue needs attention!

great location modern television clean towels

I really liked the location as it was close to attractions. My room include a modern television with many channels. I got clean towels every day and the beds were made daily.

Some public areas need better upkeep but this did not effect my stay.

great location friendly staff clean room

i stayed at the royal seabank after a change. the location was great. the staff was friendly. the room was clean. i liked the good location. the nice, friendly staff were a bonus. the room met basic needs. breakfast was sufficient.

i didn't have tea or coffee in the room. that was a minor inconvenience.
