I really liked the location as it was close to attractions. My room include a modern television with many channels. I got clean towels every day and the beds were made daily.
Some public areas need better upkeep but this did not effect my stay.

The hotel is conveniently situated near the promenade area and is within walking distance of main attractions. Public transport stops are close. These provided easy access to other parts of the city. A number of shops are near.

i stayed at the royal seabank after a change. the location was great. the staff was friendly. the room was clean. i liked the good location. the nice, friendly staff were a bonus. the room met basic needs. breakfast was sufficient.
i didn't have tea or coffee in the room. that was a minor inconvenience.
