the room was super clean. kaz even upgraded me to a sea view room, an awesome surprise. the breakfast was great , it was one of the best full english breakfasts i've ever had! i'm definitely bringing my family next time because the family rooms kaz showed me looked really nice.

the wi-fi was a bit spotty sometimes , especially on the second floor. it kept dropping out.

the hotel is in a great spot, just a short walk from some amenities. it's in a great location for the pleasure beach and for catching trains to nearby destinations like st anne's and lytham.

kaz and elton were fantastic hosts, nothing seemed too much trouble for them , kaz checked me in and even showed me to my room , explaining where to park and pointing out the hotel's amenities.

The WiFi signal was weak on the second floor. It kept disconnecting frequently. The bathroom size was insufficient. I noticed the carpets was to be made of mismatched pieces. One of the power outlets was loose. A skirting board detached from the wall also caught my attention.

I am excited, the breakfast was excellent and plentiful. Altar, the owner, is a very nice person and very accommodating and cute.

The breakfast service impressed me. The food was amazing. A sea view from my room gave a nice start to the mornings. The location proved convenient. It was just a short walk to amenities.

The walls seemed a bit thin. I heard quite a bit of noise from the next room. I found the curtains did not fit well. There also seemed TO BE an insufficient number of hooks in the room.

The included breakfast featured a first class selection and superior taste. The owner was very cute and friendly. Convenient parking was available near the premises. The tram stop located directly opposite the hotel offered easy transport.
