smooth and easy stay

warm welcome comfortable bed hot breakfast easy parking

sue greeted me with a warm welcome. the bed provided comfort. breakfast included a good hot selection. the beach is just across from this building. the promenade offers an easy walk into the centre. i found parking to be simple.

the shower pressure was quite low.

i noticed an amazing breakfast that was plentiful. a great continental spread got laid out each morning. a cooked full english looked sensational each day. the lad serving was very attentive.

The owners were lovely and immediately settled me. i was greeted with coffee. the staff were very attentive many times. they now know what you wanted before you did. Sue and her team are always on hand

The facilities proved excellent . the room was fine. i found the accommodation clean. a tram service into the main part of town is right outside. I thought that was very convenient.

the location suited my love for walking perfectly. the building sits in a nice area. the tram offers very convenient transport. a very good italian restaurant sits an eight minute walk away.

the room was clean and cozy. the shower had good water pressure which i liked. breakfast offered a very good selection of items.

twin room sea view poor pressure breakfast time

the room was a twin room. it included a sea view (which was quite nice). the room was also very clean. i found everything i needed for a comfortable stay.

the shower had very poor pressure. there was practically no water coming out. breakfast was not served until 9 a.m. (i wish it was earlier).
