The location was GREAT! It was a short walk to attractions. The towels were soft and fluffy. I found the bed very comfortable. The text service was quick too.

My room was up six flights of stairs. I did not see any pre-warning online about mobility issues, disappointing. The TV didn't work. The remote was also broken.

lovely experience!

i found the room super clean and the bed super comfy. i used tea making facilities and it had everything i needed. the bathroom was fantastic and had a heated towel rack, a lovely touch. the tv facilities were very nice.

there was no hot water in the tap.

there is a garden access i loved, and i enjoyed it very much. there is a lot of great lighting options and mirrors, and i enjoyed taking some selfies. i liked that a steamer in the place of an iron was inside.

plenty of tea and coffee was in the tin upon arrival. some biscuits. i appreciate this extra mile they do, and it helped me. the coffee was good.

The location was fantastic. It was really close to the beach. the room included a functional kitchen. I appreciated that. the water pressure in the shower was strong. That detail made a difference. i found many mirror options in the room, very helpful.

i noticed the front door was occasionally left unsecured by other guests, it was slightly concerning.

The staff facilitated storing my luggage after i checked out, very convenient. they provided clear instructions for the check-in process. It was easy to follow. i was happy with the responsiveness.

the room felt spacious. the bathroom included two separate sinks. i liked the rainfall shower, it added a luxurious touch. the studio was nicely decorated.

the small electric heater in the attic space didn't help much. i found the temperature control difficult. this meant the room was either too hot or too cold.

the hotel had a good selection of teas. breakfast included fresh pastries and fruit. i noticed that they use locally sourced ingredients whenever possible. breakfast hours are from 7:00 am to 10:00 am.
