the breakfast had a varied selection, so i started each day well. the location was very convenient, especially for beach access! the staff provided good service throughout my stay, i noticed.

The hotel's location was definitely a plus. It was close to the beach, restaurants, shops and bus stops. A bus to Palma was a short ride away, worth it to see. The staff was helpful and friendly too.
The floor in the room was not clean. There was no blanket provided, so I was cold at night. The soundproofing was not good. I could hear noises between walls and outside doors. This meant I woke up many times.

the location was really convenient. plenty of shops were in the area. i could walk to the aquarium, and it was huge (my daughter loved it). our room included a cute little balcony where we could sit and watch the sunset.

the location was decent, right by the beach. it was easy to access various shops nearby.
The noise levels were unacceptable. I heard everything from adjacent rooms. thin walls provided minimal soundproofing. my sleep was disrupted every night because of loud guests and street noise. there was also no fridge available in the room.

i stayed at this hotel recently and found the location excellent with the beach so close. i also appreciated the variety of shops nearby, very convenient for any needs (or little souvenirs). my room was kept clean daily, a service i always value. i was very happy with the restaurant opening times as well.
