i appreciated the variety of restaurants. i found the italian, mexican, and turkish options quite enjoyable. the resort grounds are expansive (very extensive). the cleanliness of the rooms was commendable and nice.

the music volume near the pools was excessive. it was difficult to relax because of the loud techno music played throughout the day. i also experienced inconsistent room service, my room wasn't cleaned for several days. obtaining basic supplies required frequent requests from passing maids.

the food was good enough.

i am disappointed. there were power cuts during the night. this happened once between 4-5am and again another night after 1am. reception staff said it was 'normal' and electricity would return after two hours. this is unacceptable for a so-called hotel of this level, especially as room doors become unlocked and guests are left in complete darkness.

I enjoyed the multiple on-site restaurants that offer diverse food options. The cleanliness was great, and the service was efficient. The evening entertainment offered good shows! The big pool was clean, and the long beach provided ample space for relaxation.

I was assigned a different room upon check-in, causing an unnecessary delay. I waited over 1.5 hours until they gave me another room. The staff did not seem helpful.

During my visit, I found the main restaurant offered an very nice variety of food. Desserts were delicious, and I appreciated the range of options at every meal. There was also a 24-hour buffet restaurant for convenient, quick bites. The outdoor swimming pool was huge, perfect for relaxation.

I noticed the absence of a menu for non-alcoholic cocktails. It would enhance the ordering process.
