inconsistent service poor noise insulation
the service LACKED consistency i ordered room service one night and it arrived promptly the next night the same order took over an hour multiple calls to the front desk revealed little the noise insulation IS poor i could hear street noise late into the night the CONSTANT honking made it difficult to sleep

the room was very clean. i loved the ocean front view from my room and the bathtub too. the rooftop restaurant provides amazing views.
the gym did not have air conditioning in the mornings, so it was very hot.

clean rooms attentive staff
the rooms were clean and i saw the partia sea view, which i appreciated. the swimming pool is great. i am thankful the staff was very attentive, especially tina, lexie and mila. check in and check out was smooth.
