FANTASTIC hotel experience!!!
helpful staff central location rooftop bar amazing spa
The staff was AMAZING!!! They were pretty good too help with every request. The hotel location is very central, close to the beach. I particularly enjoyed the rooftop bar and infinity pool a lot. The hotel spa was also great. I got a few massages.

This hotel features a prime seaside location, the beach is within walking distance. It is also very close to a variety of restaurants, shopping malls, and cafes. These are easily accessible. The position enhances the overall travel experience.

AMAZING View, AMAZING Service!
large windows helpful staff
The room itself was AMAZING. A junior suite oceanfront had large windows. I could see the ocean PERFECTLY! The staff helped me book tours and even gave recommendations. Every staff member was so HELPFUL.
The coffee machine was NOT great. I wished the coffee tasted better. The breakfast was so crowded, it was chaotic.

The hotel location is FANTASTIC! Its near main attractions. Dining is available a short walk away. Its convenient for exploring local culture and accessing the beach.

My junior suite oceanfront was spacious. It HAD modern amenities. The beds were very comfortable. I enjoyed the rainfall shower in my big bathroom with the large mirror and the SOFT towels.

Really good HOTEL experience
immaculate room breakfast variety infinity pool
i was GRATEFUL for the immaculate room. the breakfast variety pleased me much. The infinity pool created a relaxing atmosphere. i was quite happy with the room size.
staff around the rooftop were not overly friendly, so it bothered me just A little.

a decent hotel with some minor issues
rooftop pool helpful staff slow elevators limited view
the rooftop pool is definitely fine. the staff are also very helpful, and i found them friendly too.
i found the elevators very slow. it sometimes took nearly 6 minutes for just one lift. also, the ocean view room i booked didn't actually have much of a view at all.

noise insulation customer service
the breakfast buffet offered many options for a satisfying start to the day, it was plentiful.
my room lacked noise insulation from the street. i could hear ropes banging against the windows late into the afternoon. the hotel needs to improve its customer service to meet a five-star standard. the staff seemed inexperienced and several did not speak english well.
