i was GRATEFUL for the immaculate room. the breakfast variety pleased me much. The infinity pool created a relaxing atmosphere. i was quite happy with the room size.

staff around the rooftop were not overly friendly, so it bothered me just A little.

the breakfast buffet offered many options for a satisfying start to the day, it was plentiful.

my room lacked noise insulation from the street. i could hear ropes banging against the windows late into the afternoon. the hotel needs to improve its customer service to meet a five-star standard. the staff seemed inexperienced and several did not speak english well.
