the location is convenient with easy access to town via taxi or the hotel shuttle. i was impressed by the contemporary design throughout the hotel. the staff were consistently friendly and helpful making my stay more enjoyable.

i found the soundproofing inadequate as i could hear noise from both the hallway and the room above which was disruptive at times.

the breakfast buffet included a wide selection of options including cooked-to-order dishes which i found very comprehensive. i observed many staff speaking good english so they could answer my questions about local attractions. the view from the breakfast area overlooking the rice fields enhanced my dining experience

the noise was a real issue. i could hear everything from the hallway and the room above me. it was like there was no soundproofing at all, a real shame given how nice everything else was.

the hotel provided convenient hourly shuttle service to both the town and the beach. my room featured views of the garden and the water. breakfast included a wide variety of options including both vietnamese and western dishes.

the shower drain was a bit small resulting in minor flooding in the bathroom after showering (it really wasn't much, to be honest).
