poor customer service
The bar staff seemed rude. I found asking for a drink was like a chore, so I spent my time elsewhere (this greatly detracted from the all-inclusive experience). Customer service at the pool bar was poor, and I believe other guests shared my sentiment.

the provided toiletries were a nice addition to the room. the daily room cleaning kept everything fresh! i appreciated having a variety of drinks available at the self-service bar. the multiple beach options close to the hotel was definitely useful.
my disappointment stemmed from the water policy! being charged for bottled water, especially for a child, felt unnecessary and unwelcoming.

The location was perfect. It was quiet. The beach was accessible within a ten minute walk. The meals had an amazing choice. The rooms were super clean and cleaned every day upon request.
The pool seemed small. There were too many guests at full capacity. Securing sunbeds was difficult, unless getting there by 9 am. We were squeezed in tightly around the pool. Space was limited.

the hotel room was clean new towels looked daily the air conditioning worked well the bathroom included a rainfall shower. i found the reception staff helpful i had easy check in i had easy check out. the restaurant food offered much choice with different themes each night. the staff in the bar were quick and efficient they provided prompt service.
i noticed the pool area can get crowded with sunbeds placed closely together this sometimes made it feel a little cramped.
