Charmed by the stay
large room nice staff many options
I liked the hotels large room plus its big terrace. The staff was really nice to us. Breakfast have a lot options i must say.
The hotel its wifi wasnt working so good. it made things difficult.

The hotel includes wide paths for walks, these run along the coast near to the place. Free pools with lounges are available and towels too. This makes the outside very relaxing.

the hotel is very close to the beach. rooms are big. it suits families with young children since it has a play area. rooms also include nice porches.
i emailed the hotel twice before arrival and they never responded. i found that a little frustrating.

breakfast included a very good selection of food. the hot food could have been hotter on some mornings. there are excellent restaurants in the hotel, alongside many local restaurants and fast food outlets nearby.

staff were pleasant and helpful. the check-in and check-out processes were super quick. the hotel offers a very relaxed atmosphere, and the staff maintain a high standard of cleanliness throughout the premises.

the hotel is located opposite the beach and promenade. it is an easy walk to many restaurants and shops. i found the area to be a little away from the main area.

great location decent space amazing breakfast difficult air conditioning limited information impolite staff
the location was great! it was very close to the beach and local restaurants. the room was also a nice size. the breakfast was AMAZING!!! there was lots of food to choose from.
the air conditioning was difficult to work. it was impossible to figure out! the information and signs were limited. also, some staff were not very polite or helpful.

The hotel's location is unbeatable. It is just steps from the beach (very convenient!). i found the bed quite comfortable and spacious. the breakfast had many options and everything was tasty. the pool area was lovely and quite spacious.
i noticed the tv had limited english channels (but i wasn't there to watch tv!).

the reception staff provided helpful answers to my questions about the area, including providing maps. they also efficiently ordered taxis for me, ensuring i got around easily. their friendly service enhanced my experience a lot (they always had a smile!).

generous room easy access good music
i found the room was a generous size. the location provides easy access to the beach. the foyer offered a great space. i noted good music played in the pool area.
i did observe that some staff were not especially polite. the hotel signage have limited information. i find this could improve the experience .

the room had a fridge and air conditioning. the bed was big and comfortable, i slept VERY well. the swimming pool had a nice design.
