The staff were really lovely. The spa was also very nice. Breakfast included an excellent range of options. I appreciated the great location near shops and the railway station.
I found that the beds and pillows were uncomfortable. The room was quite hot. The AC was not strong enough. It was not possible to adjust it from inside the room.

The room was very super clean and cozy. I appreciated that. The staff were helpful and friendly at all times. The hotel's location was great. It was easy to reach by taxi from the train station. The room size was also good, with enough space to relax.
The bar had limited operating hours, closing earlier than I expected. This was a LITTLE disappointing.

The desk clerk was helpful. She really were very good too assist with directions. The staff consistently demonstrated a friendly and accommodating attitude, especially when addressing minor requests or questions. I felt VERY welcomed.
