mixed experience at the hotel
broken curtains peeling wallpaper
the room was a bit disappointing. the curtains were broken and the wallpaper was peeling off the wall. we also had a leak from the bathroom of the people above us (it dripped for a long time).

Acceptable Stay with Some Disappointments
damp marks unheated pool
The breakfast had everything I expected.
The hotel felt dated, it really could use a refurbishment. Damp marks were visible on the walls, and plaster was flaking off the ceilings. The outside pool was unheated. I was also disappointed that the jacuzzi and sauna were out of order.

I had a superior double room beach view. The hotel is close to the beach, easy to take walks (this was really convenient).

Wonderful stay with family!
helpful staff family celebration lovely views
The hotel's staff were helpful. Eliseu and Noelia assisted with bookings. Karl, Amelia and the team decorated our table for a family celebration. The hotel balcony offered a spot to enjoy the views in the sunshine.
I expected a minifridge in the room, but it was not available. Cleanliness was acceptable, though daily bathroom touch-ups and rubbish removal would have been beneficial. The baby pool had bits from the garden (I found it a little off-putting).

The pool area includes a smaller, separate baby pool, though it requires frequent cleaning. I noticed a bar near the pool area that served drinks and snacks throughout the day. The outdoor terrace provided ample seating.

The breakfast offered a variety of options. I noticed there was a good choice of items on the menu. The restaurant staff accommodated special requests for our celebration (it meant a lot!).

The family room was quite spacious, a real plus when traveling with kids (so nice not to feel cramped!). The bathroom size was also generous. I especially liked the view from the window.
