The front desk staff was helpful with directions. the room was clean and the ocean view was really nice from my room. i enjoyed the pools. There were plenty of chairs available.
the elevators were sometimes slow, though it was a busy time.

the location was very nice! the beach access was easy and very close. the rooms had modern decor, but the floor-to-ceiling windows provided a fantastic view.
the elevators were a little slow during peak times.

i was happy to find a heated pool available. the pool area offered comfortable loungers. it was nice to have direct access to the beach. i also liked that food and drinks could be ordered to my beachside chair.
the elevators seemed a bit slow at times.
