My stay was a mixed bag. On one hand, the hotel is visually stunning with impressive views and luxurious amenities. The service was fantastic, with staff going out of their way to assist. However, I had a significant issue with my pre-paid room being given away, which was extremely frustrating and left me stranded. Overall, while the hotel has a lot to offer, my experience was overshadowed by this unfortunate incident.
