fantastic all-inclusive stay
friendly staff variety of dishes table service
the staff was very friendly and helpful they seemed to anticipate needs before i voiced them the all-inclusive service included warm meals served three times each day i found a good variety of dishes with different flavors i liked the pool bar and the availability of table service for dinner i just needed to make reservations in advance
the gym had some equipment that was out of order this limited my workout options i hope they can address this soon to improve the facility

my junior suite was super and clean i was upgraded upon arrival the room included a large bed i had enough space to relax i liked the fresh towels every day.

the hotel has two pools they kept them very clean i always found a place to relax nearby i enjoyed the beach access and how well-kept the area was i found the hotel activities engaging.

the buffet offered a nice selection of options there were many options to choose from i also appreciated the drink service i tried several dishes each had different flavors it was delicious most days.

wonderful stay
friendly staff clean room daily service
the staff was friendly and very helpful. the rooms were clean and spacious. housekeeping provided daily service. it was a smallish hotel, so it did not feel overcrowded. the food was good with plenty of choice each day.
the entertainment finished early.

there were three good restaurants available to us. one restaurant served breakfast, lunch and dinner, providing varied options. another offered all day snacks, including fresh fries, hotdogs, and hamburgers. the food tasted lovely.

the hotel has a well maintained beachfront. gardens, beach chairs, hammocks, cabanas, a spa, a gym and pool areas are accessible. it is a relaxing place. easy fun entertainment is available.

the staff was friendly and hardworking. they provided daily room service, including fresh towels and a restocked minibar with soft drinks. the airport pickups and trip arrangements were prompt and reliable. reminders arrived the day before.
the entertainment concluded relatively early most evenings.
