clean room lovely bar ample parking mold smell mildew odor air conditioning
My room was super clean, and I loved the bar and the amazing staff. The location worked well to walk to the stadium. Ample parking in the hotel car park was available.
My family and I stayed in two rooms, and both had that mildew odor. The air conditioning struggled to keep the rooms cool. I really think they need to update their ventilation system.

helpful staff clean room useful fridge
The staff was helpful. The room was clean, and the mini fridge was useful. The hotel is close to a big park, a short walk from the science and art center. i found the complimentary bathroom supplies a nice touch.
The air-conditioning did not work properly. I complained, but it was never fixed.

the breakfast offered a wide variety of choices. the hotel's location near the gardens allowed easy access for morning walks. i found the room's blackout curtains very effective for a restful sleep.
the gym equipment showed some signs of wear.

The staff provided attentive service. Housekeeping was efficient. The room got cleaned daily and fresh towels were provided always. The reception staff were courteous and helpful, this contributed to a pleasant experience.
The gym was outdated and very limited in equipment. It was poorly ventilated. It was not suitable for many guests.

the front desk staff seemed friendly. the basement secure parking was beneficial when i arrived by car. the breakfast choice was great and offered good quality.
the room was basic. there were no proper cups only small paper cups. the bathroom was dated and small plus the toiletry products were bolted down

good location spacious room thoughtful touch
I found the location quite good, easily reaching the city center by foot. my room felt spacious and comfortable. i even got a sweet surprise from the cleaning staff after they tidied up. It was a thoughtful touch!
the floor felt a bit loose in some spots and some of the wood trim in the bathroom wasn't quite secure.

the breakfast had many choices and was good value. it got crowded on sunday morning though. i was glad i could leave my bags safely before and after checking in.
