the staff were consistently polite and helpful. breakfast offered a satisfying variety of options. the hotel's location allows for easy access to the beach, promenade, and arts centre, it was very convenient. i also appreciated the free upgrade to a junior suite, it offered both mountain and beach views.
the pool bar was closed during my entire stay, limiting drink options while sunbathing.

The spacious pool area includes well kept facilities. all public areas inside the building are spacious. this makes moving around the hotel easy and comfortable. We loved the spa.

The hotel staff exhibited really good attentiveness and professionalism. the housekeeping service maintained a high standard of cleanliness throughout my stay. It was amazing! the staff was always ready to assist with any requests.

I found the staff helpful. They provided prompt service. The pool looked clean, a welcome feature. I enjoyed starting my days with tasty fresh omelettes at breakfast, with many ingredients available.
The old television in the room was not good.

The hotel features a functional gym. It has three treadmills. a shaded section benefits the pool area, with twenty loungers. I saw convenient, guarded parking, a feature I appreciated.

The breakfast buffet presents a diverse selection of food. Fresh omelettes were available. I enjoyed these each morning. I saw AMJAR. He seemed like a very polite and attentive manager.
