A Mixed Bag of Experiences

run down room questionable cleanliness

The resort's location offered direct access to a beautiful beach.

Our room was quite disappointing. I also questioned the overall cleanliness of the space. The shower collected water during use. We reported it, but the repair didn't change anything.

unprofessional staff poor service

the staff wasn't cute i had a problem with my room it took constant follow-ups to ensure action would be taken staff answered unprofessionally the only professional staff worked in the kitchen i really struggled with the poor service, unhelpful staff
