I found the team flexible. They were very helpful before i arrived. the team on the day couldn't have been more flexible and helpful, and i felt well-cared for. the service were really good, friendly, and relaxed. the food were fantastic.
one very slight negative, i did notice a slight problem with the plug mechanism in the basin.

wonderful stay at the sea

superb breakfastgreat teamefficient teamcar park
i stayed for a few nights and the food was excellent. the breakfast was superb with great brunch and dinner options. i was pleased that the team were great, very helpful and efficient. i especially enjoyed the bloody mary served by harry.
The room lacked proper soundproofing, and i heard noise from the car park. This continued late into the night. delivery vans also added to the noise in the early hours.

the brunch was amazing. joshua. food was beautiful, i had a brunch and couldn't eat it all. it was good value for money.
the tv remote was missing so i had no access to the tv. the blinds in the bedroom all 3 were broken. i could not shut or open them. the bed was hard and lumpy.

i stayed for several nights in a room with a superking bed it had a good size ensuite i also had a sea view the tv was good quality dinner in the hotel was of a high standard
i asked if a table could be cleaned outside i was told they did not have enough staff and the cloth was at the cutlery station this was not acceptable to me my table was eventually cleaned but the response left me questioning the service i received

room one zero three faced the back and the smoking AREA. i observed cigarette butts littering the ground right outside. i ALSO noted a distinct smell of smoke permeated the room.
