great breakfast plenty variety shabby housekeeping central system

The location was great the hotel was close to shops. The ac worked very well and was a great relief. Breakfast offered plenty of variety I found options to my taste.

housekeeping did not clean to the standard. I had to start cleaning myself because it was a bit grim. The staff told me that during the winter only heating was allowed to be switched on as it was a central system.

Superb Hotel Experience!

friendly staff excellent recommendation great drink

I found the staff friendly and helpful. Yahya and Burak provided excellent recommendations! They also arranged a tour to see waterfalls plus a boat tour. The cafe connected to the hotel is open late and serves great drinks.

The sound of planes taking off from the nearby airport was noticeable at night. This was especially disruptive in the room I stayed in.

dirty dishes unpleasant manager

the housekeeping was not great. our dishes were not washed, just left in the sink. bed sheets were not changed. i expected more attention to detail. the restaurant manager was also unpleasant. he refused to lower the music, and the food was not good. the reception staff were nice, at least.

cute staff spacious room convenient location

the staff was very cute and polite. the room was spacious and had a nice view of the pool. the hotel is near restaurants, supermarkets are very close, and the beach is a short walk away.

the housekeeping service could improve. they did not always clean to a high standard.

the family suite had two bedrooms and a shared living area with a kitchen. the kitchen included a kettle, a fridge, and basic dining ware. a large television was in the living room with youtube access. i found the modern decor to be very pleasant.
