The staff was very polite and friendly. they greeted us and spoke to us. it was my birthday, and the staff provided balloons in the room one day. the room was spotlessly clean daily. That was wonderful.
i could hear hall noise and noise from other rooms. i heard people in the hall being loud at night. i had to ask them to be quiet so i could sleep. it was frustrating.
