the hotel rooms were nice and clean. the lobby felt big and spacious, i noticed a variety of mediterranean dishes were offered. i found the hotel a recommendable option.

the reception team was lovely, and i met three warm and helpful receptionists. one receptionist assisted me with check-in. another receptionist helped me with everything i needed, this.

the room was clean. it was also comfortable and nicely decorated. the room provided a relaxing environment after a day of exploring nearby attractions and enjoying the hotel amenities, that was great!

the hotel's location is very convenient , so close to the beach and shops. the staff were very kind and helpful . the cleanliness was great , i had a good experience in that regard.
the room temperature was 25c and the ac turned off , i couldn't use it. sound insulation between rooms is very poor , i could hear everything. unfortunately , this impacted my sleep quality.

The staff was very polite and friendly. they greeted us and spoke to us. it was my birthday, and the staff provided balloons in the room one day. the room was spotlessly clean daily. That was wonderful.
i could hear hall noise and noise from other rooms. i heard people in the hall being loud at night. i had to ask them to be quiet so i could sleep. it was frustrating.
