Penny is a amazing host. I ordered flowers and she arranged them beautifully in the room (a really nice touch). The breakfasts were fantastic with great variety and fresh ingredients. The location is excellent, it is within easy walking distance of the beach and railway station.
The shower room was a bit small.

Penny provided helpful service. She even assisted with a parking permit for the nearby car park. She took real care to prepare the room ahead of my arrival, which i greatly appreciate.
