I have a few inquiries regarding the booking process: 1) Can the security deposit be split into two payments? 2) What does the pre-authorization of $300 mean? Is this amount in addition to the security deposit? 3) Are there any hidden fees in the total price quoted, such as resort fees?

1) The security deposit can indeed be paid in two installments, provided it is settled 30 days before arrival. 2) The $300 pre-authorization is not extra; it will be charged upon booking. Then, 30 days prior to your stay, the balance will be charged, followed by the $230 damage deposit seven days before you arrive, which will be refunded if no damages occur after your departure, within 7-10 days. 3) The total price displayed includes all fees, except for the $230 damage deposit.
