great customer experience extra mile guest happiness
I thank the staff throughout the hotel. Staff at reception, housekeeping, restaurants, and bars offered great customer experience. Nashaat from the business center went the extra mile. Lesia from customer relations prioritized guest happiness.
The gym is moving back to its original space.

The hotel has a beautiful riff directly at the beach. It is easy to observe diverse underwater life from the pier because of the clear water. Several restaurants are near shopping and entertainment options.

My room was perfectly clean. The balcony gave good views. Breakfast had enormous choice. I found the staff very friendly and cute. They made sure nothing was too much trouble for me.

great location awesome beach perfect pool
i loved the location right in soho square, it made getting around easy. the beach was awesome, especially the snorkeling spots near sharks bay. the main pool suited all ages so it was perfect for families.
the pillows in the room had a slight odor when i first arrived.

rude staff unhelpful responses
The location inside SOHO Square was acceptable. It provided easy access to various attractions.
The staff seemed generally against any idea of decent behavior to tourists. Restaurant staff were always busy, if you ask anything they don't answer. If you need something they tell you to use the hotel application and if you use it, they say they didn't receive any information. I found myself constantly being directed to the reception or guest relations, only to be met with rude and unhelpful responses.
