great location comfortable beds foul order poor installation

the location was great, right on Lamai beach. it was very close to the town. the rooms were comfortable and we had plenty of space. beds were comfortable and rooms really clean.

a foul order from the septic system permeates the room. a ventilation fan was installed poorly with open gaps to the outside, ALLOWING mosquitoes to enter. breakfast hours were LIMITED as they only served breakfast from 7am to 9am.

Great Beachfront Stay!

I liked that my Beautiful Family Room had a separate seating area. It was nice to have extra space. The air conditioning worked WELL, and the room was always a comfortable temperature. The housekeeping staff kept everything very clean, replacing towels daily. I also enjoyed breakfast (especially the fresh fruit selection!).

The lighting in the bathroom could have been a little brighter.

The staff was generally attentive and helpful with requests. Check-in and check-out were smooth and efficient. The staff arranged transportation to the airport for me. I didn't need to worry about it.

perfect beachside getaway

i found the location to be ideal, right on the beach and a short walk to many restaurants and shops. a tote bag with beach towels was a thoughtful touch and very useful. the breakfast included an egg station, a very good start to the day.

the gym equipment seemed a bit dated.

The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of options. I especially enjoyed the fresh fruit selection, and the egg station was great! the beachfront dinner with the fire show was AMAZING!!!

lovely stay near lamai

beach access friendly staff

the hotel has direct beach access. the pool offers plenty of lounges around its perimeter and on the beach (i really liked that). staff were friendly. i would stay again if i wanted to be near lamai beach (especially for sunrises).

guests are required to dispose of used toilet paper in a garbage bin. the shower and bathroom were adequate, but not really good. it was a little inconvenient (i hope they fix it).
