THE breakfast had a large selection. The service there was also wonderful. The room was large and quiet. I slept well. The gym was very good.
The shower had issues. It fluctuated from ice cold to burning hot. I did NOT feel welcomed to use all the facilities. There were no mirrors in the bedroom other than in the bathroom.

the staff was friendly and polite the premises were very nice. i enjoyed the gym indoor pool and wellness facilities. the concierge staff were helpful when i needed assistance i found my stay wonderful.
i arrived in my room to find a silicone tube in the bathroom left by maintenance and no bin bags. also the room had a silicone smell i did not find pleasant. reception was prompt and professional when i called though.

the hotel is located near turin parc mercado colon shopping area and carmen antic bario. this location allows easy access to many attractions and amenities.

i had a spacious king room that accommodated an additional bed comfortably. the restroom was separate from the main sleeping area providing more privacy. i found the room well-equipped and conducive to a relaxing stay.
