Excellent Hotel Experience
helpful staffwater polomosquito problem
The staff was helpful. the gym included three treadmills and two stationary bikes. i appreciated the daily water polo games. The activity man organized a good competition at the beach pool. i was well looked after .
The poolside restaurant needed better fans. the location attracted many mosquitoes. This became a nuisance when dining near the open kitchen.

room service was excellent and efficient. the staff provided golf buggy transport around the resort. water was provided daily, and requests were handled promptly, meeting my expectations.

The beach access was great. it is a long, wide expanse with fine sand. the breakfast had many different options. I found enough to satisfy my taste. the pool is lagoon style, fun. but the waterslide was very enjoyable.
the poolside restaurant could use better fans. its lakeside location brings mosquitoes, and they are a nuisance while dining near the open kitchen.
