decent stay with some issues
poor insulation early breakfast removal
the room was acceptably clean.
Noise insulation proved inadequate. Sounds from neighboring rooms were clearly audible. this disrupted sleep on multiple nights. the breakfast service was also problematic. Food removal began prematurely, limiting options arriving closer to the stated end time.

amazing breakfast reasonable price friendly staff
The breakfast was AMAZING (the variety was insane!). Lobby and pool bar food was really good. Prices were reasonable. The room was clean and perfect. Staff members were friendly and helpful throughout the entire stay. The location is GREAT, about a ten-minute walk to Bangla road.
The noise canceling is HORRIBLE. You hear people walking in the corridor as if they were in the room. it's just too loud.

Fantastic Stay Near the Beach!
awesome location multiple pools delicious dishes
This location is awesome because it's close to the beach, but away from the noise! The hotel itself looks amazing, particularly the courtyard with the multiple pools, the breakfast had so many delicious options and fresh juice! I found it worth including in my stay.

The staff are very friendly and helpful, they create a cute atmosphere. Check-in was smooth and efficient, and I got all the information I needed quickly. I appreciate the staff that was always available to answer questions, though there were moments when the front desk felt busy, like during peak check-in and check-out times.

wonderful stay
excellent location short walk cozy atmosphere
the location is excellent, near the beach. it is also close to the center with only a 5-minute walk. i found it cozy because it was far from the city noise. the hotel provides easy access to both relaxation and nearby attractions.
the walls were thin. i heard everything from other rooms.

The pool is very clean, with a bar right next to it. The bar has a combo set lunch that includes fresh fruit. happy hour starts at 3pm daily. the buffet breakfast offers many choices that children enjoy.
