We chose this hotel a bit outside the main part of town to have both entertainment and a relaxing holiday. The free shuttle was very convenient. The bar staff, vivi and mali, gave excellent service with smiles at the bars and during the breakfast buffet. The housekeeping was very good. Our room was even cleaned in the late afternoon. The bed was very comfy..

Our grand ocean room was spacious and modern, and it was kept very clean during our entire stay. The room included a balcony with an unobstructed view of the turquoise andaman sea, perfect for morning coffee. The bed was comfortable.

the location requires taking a tuk-tuk or taxi to get to the main beach, about 10-15 minutes away.

the hotel boasts an unparalleled oceanfront setting. i woke up each morning to the sight and sound of the sea outside my window. sunsets from the balcony and the pool area were lovely every evening.
the location is further from the main area, i needed to get transportation. the tv in the room was not a smart tv and i couldn't watch netflix. they said that you could only connect if i had a samsung phone. both my partner and i did not have one.

the hotel offered a wonderful sense of escape and tranquility because it was right on the beach. it was also convenient for exploring other parts of the area. it struck a great balance, i could hop on a tuk-tuk if i wanted the bustle.
