The pool area was rather disappointing. i noted the limited number of sunbeds available. Securing one after 10 am became a challenge. cleanliness of the pools was also a concern. there was a noticeable lack of attention to detail in maintaining water quality.

nu at breakfast made each morning special with their friendliness. a heartfelt touch was the surprise for my daughter's birthday. Arty, ja, and na sang happy birthday and brought out a small cake, a memory we treasure. (it was a lovely touch!)

i noticed the absence of consistently attentive service across all areas, like a room initially lacking a hairdryer and a promised welcome set that never arrived. this inconsistency created a sense of uneven care, diminishing the overall experience.
