warm services wonderful pool

Our beautiful pool view room had a balcony , it faced the swimming pool. i noticed warm services from all the staff. the swimming pool was wonderful for kids. They had lots of fun.

the breakfast was not great , few choices were available , and the taste was not good. also , the eggs were always cold.

okay experience, good location

central location christmas decorations kids club cramped breakfast buffet late kids food unhappy staff

i loved how close the hotel was to everything. there were so many restaurants nearby. the christmas decorations were also so festive with all the lights and trees. the kids club was top notch with tons of activities.

the breakfast buffet area was super cramped. it was hard to get to the eggs and pancakes. the kids food always came out last and late. some of the staff didn't seem happy. tuktuk to patong was 400thb each way.

Excellent Family Stay!

asian options friendly staff waterpark facilities

I found the breakfast selection very good, with plenty of Asian options. The hotel staff was friendly and always ready to assist. The pool area had amazing waterpark facilities. It was a great location.
