I really enjoyed the breakfast buffet. It had a large variety. som and plah at the cafe and pool bar were very attentive. the pool access room was definitely a highlight for me, as i could swim right up from my room!

I found many happy hour options across the resort. The breakfast had a very good quality and variety. The gym has nice equipment. I visited the Indian restaurant onsite also and it was nice.
The minibar restocked daily but I wish there were more options.

The complimentary upgrade to a sea-view room elevated our experience, i did like that! the staff, including som, ae, bang, and tis, were helpful and friendly. They really contributed to the positive atmosphere. the location proved ideal, with convenient access to nearby amenities. I could easily walk to a 7-eleven in about 10 minutes. the amazing ambience made it all worth it.
during my stay, i noticed the gym's equipment looked a bit dated, with some machines showing wear and tear. it wasn't a significant issue, but newer equipment would have enhanced the experience

Pastries at breakfast included danishes, croissants, and muffins. Tik, the pastry chef, made them. breakfast also included thai and indian dishes. I appreciated the variety. the cafe in the lobby had a smaller menu. Its opening hours varied.

There were multiple pools. A kids' pool had slides. the hotel provided a game zone for children. I noticed several families using this. a muslim speaker tower stands on the boundary. It broadcasts calls to prayer multiple times daily.

Staff members, including ploy, jade, and ging, extended great hospitality. I felt very welcome. dao bew sanook was especially helpful. They assisted with several requests. beem, guy, and chuk at the island bar provided great service. I enjoyed the happy hour specials.

My love and i found pure bliss during our short stay. The complimentary room upgrade to a sea-view oasis was like a dream. the staff, especially som, ae, bang, and tis, charmed us with their kindness, like old friends cute us home. the hotel's location made exploring easy. We found a cozy 7-eleven just a short, romantic stroll away. the ambiance was magical!
The decor seemed a little bare, though, it hardly marred our wonderful time there. I just hoped there were a few more decorations

The front desk staff members Mr Jade, Ging, New, Som, Ae, and Jubjang were very helpful. The bellman Bung and Vatis also provided great service. I also enjoyed the availability of Indian food. The view from the hotel was lovely too.
The garden facing room did not face a garden. It faced a small jungle with a stream instead. This stream gave off a bad odor every evening. The bathrooms also could not be locked from the inside.

I found the staff to be very kind and helpful. At the reception, Sorn, Phone, and Jubjang offered polite and knowledgeable guidance about local places. The hotel's location is perfect for exploring the beach, a quick five-minute walk from the night market.
My room had a strong smell from the toilet drain. The room also had an ant infestation, quite bothersome. Poor soundproofing made it difficult to sleep at times.
