i enjoyed the multiple pools, each offering a different vibe. the breakfast buffet had so many options, even for picky eaters. the room was spacious and included a big balcony. the hotel's proximity to various restaurants made dining out convenient. those waterslides were super fun!

the hot water was a bit temperamental one evening, but staff were quick to offer another room for showers.

The rooms seemed a bit worn. the furniture looked dated and some fixtures need repairing. i found the air conditioning was not working properly. it struggled to keep the room cool and made strange noises. also, the breakfast was repetitive. The same dishes every day got boring after a few days.

the hot water stopped working , and it wasn't fixed. the staff offered another room across the hall for showers, but its air conditioning didn't work. the facilities generally seem to need upgrades, as there were many breakdowns. this caused frustration and inconvenience during what should have been a relaxing stay. no happy hour at the pool bar.
