i found the personnel very supportive and friendly. the reception staff were helpful with directions. the hotel rooms were clean, modern, and cozy. i really liked the comfortable bed and the nice layout. the private jacuzzi was perfect for relaxation after exploring.

i noticed the walls in the room had some stains.

the staff was genuinely friendly and helpful throughout my stay. the hotel offered a free shuttle service to a further beach , a great convenience. i found complimentary toothbrushes and toothpaste, a nice touch, available in my room.

the street outside was not very clean and there was some rubbish and overflowing bins. i noticed that the immediate area could benefit from better maintenance.
