the staff were friendly. i liked that they gave us a complimentary upgrade to a better room. everything felt polite and professional.

i was charged over £100 for the minibar. the charge made contesting it very difficult.

The hotel team was attentive. Amalie from housekeeping greeted me immediately when I exited my room. She asked about my stay and offered help. She called the lift and confirmed I selected the correct floor. Silvia at reception was cute and patient with my group. It was an lovely experience and I compliment the General Manager for nurturing this great team.

I found the powdered milk in the rooms A little disappointing. It's A shame. I wanted Fresh milk

My Beautiful King Room included A mini bar with reasonably priced drinks. The climate control maintained A comfortable temperature day AND night. The blackout curtains ensured complete darkness for restful sleep. Complimentary toiletries were provided daily.

spacious room good view average breakfast annoying birds

the room had very clean, spacious areas. good views from the balcony added a romantic touch overlooking the garden. i felt safe and calm.

the breakfast was average and didn't quite capture the luxury. birds were annoying during breakfast on the terrace, stealing food right off the plates. this disturbed our intimacy.

fantastic stay

helpful staff shuttle service pleasant front desk

the staff found me another car park since my car was too big. they even used their car as a shuttle. the front desk staff were very pleasant and really helpful. i will return because of the excellent service.

i was charged a large amount for the minibar. contesting the charge proved very difficult since they automatically deducted it from the deposit.

free shuttle parking service friendly staff

the hotel provides a free shuttle to the palace. the parking service was really appreciated. the staff members at concierge and reception were friendly and tried to help as much as possible.

the hotel location is a little distant from the city center.
