The location was convenient for accessing transport links and supermarkets.

I found a significant issue with cleanliness . There was considerable dust in the bathroom. Visible splashes remained on the mirror from previous guests. This lack of attention to detail was disappointing for a four-star hotel. Water and coffee capsules were only provided on the first day.

i thought the location was really good. i walked to the ayora station in about 5 minutes. the staff was very helpful when i asked questions. the hotel had a nice courtyard where you could sit and relax.

there weren't many great restaurants close by. i had to walk a little ways to find good options.

The staff was very nice and always helpful with directions. the reception assisted me with taxi bookings promptly. they stored my luggage securely before check-in and after check-out. the cleaning service was efficient. My room was cleaned daily.

The room was quite clean and cozy. The air conditioning, mini fridge and TV all worked fine. I liked the courtyard. It was a good spot to sit down.

The room only had one narrow window. It felt quite dark. I found it depressing. The bathroom smelled like sewage every time I showered, unpleasant.
