amazing room kind gesture birthday cake
room had upgrade i get, it was amazing i feel very excited. i receive cake to welcome me, very kind gesture. birthday cake arrive even its checkout day, what a great team.
i have problems with electricity often in room, lights go off. ac turns off, very annoying i think.

leaking ceiling discarded belongings
the room was spacious, a definite plus.
Housekeeping entered my room and discarded personal belongings. the bathroom ceiling leaked. pool in the room did not appear clean. Also i noticed building work on the new part of the hotel. it was noisy.

convenient location friendly staff tasty food jacuzzi problem hour delay initial issue
the location was really convenient. the staff were attentive and friendly. i found the room service prompt and the food tasty. the hotel's environment seemed well-kept and beautiful.
i experienced some issues with the room upon arrival. engineers were fixing the jacuzzi. it took an hour to get a new room, which also had a jacuzzi problem. this delay impacted the start of my stay. i found this frustrating.

fake photos missing mirror
the location proved acceptable.
fake photos misled me regarding the actual size. i also noted the absence of a full-height mirror which i found rather inconvenient.
