peaceful location flawless service relaxing experience future stay

The location on bluewaters island gave a wonderfully peaceful escape from the city. the service i got was flawless throughout my stay. i spent some time in the spa, it provided a very relaxing experience. i will suggest this hotel without reservation. I'm already planning my next stay.

the minibar selection was limited to beer and wine! i could not find options for gin or vodka

The hotel includes a japanese lounge named tocha and demon duck by chef alvin leung. Alizée offers special visits too. these venues enhanced my overall visit with really good culinary experiences. Roy, gladson, and ranjeet contributed significantly.

The pool area includes organized sunbeds and attentive service. you can find shops and restaurants within walking distance of the hotel. This makes it easy to explore the area. the beach access is very convenient and well serviced, i enjoyed it so much.

the location is acceptable with access to the beach.

the mini bar lacked variety i found only beer and wine were available. the room looked somewhat worn i noticed signs of age and use.

The staff greeted us upon arrival, and the rooms were satisfactory.

The breakfast selection lacked variety when I compared it to other similar hotels. We found some bugs in our suite. This was unacceptable. I did expect a higher standard, given the price.
