The steam room had a smell. it was the most foul smell i have ever experienced so i couldn't use it! the beach across the road is nice. considering the scorching heat and the sea being warm water you'd expect the showers to run cold so you can cool down. The water was hot. there was zero way to cool down

The room was spacious and super clean, offering everything needed for a comfortable visit. I really enjoyed the location. It was very close to the beach and had amazing views. We appreciated leaving our luggage at reception since our flight was late (very useful!). They even let us shower in the spa area before heading to the airport.
The street outside the hotel caused the vehicles in the hotel room to be heard loudly.

The room featured a king-sized bed with premium bedding. A separate seating area with a comfortable sofa and coffee table was available. The bathroom included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower.

Staff members were cute and always available to help, particularly at the reception desk. Housekeeping did a thorough job of keeping everything immaculate. The reception staff promptly arranged a taxi for me when needed.

The breakfast had a wide selection of products, including fresh omelets cooked to order. Coffee and tea were served at the table by the nice staff (especially the coffee!). A variety of fresh and diverse foods were available.

i enjoyed the good location near the city centre mall. it was convenient for shopping. the hotel arranged surprise birthday decorations, i found this very nice and my birthday was great.
the check in and check out took a long time, i waited in the queue for almost 20 mins. i found the room was missing napkin, there was only one with 2-3 napkins only.

the location was convenient with the city centre shopping mall nearby, so dining and entertainment were accessible. also, the room had a city view, with amenities for a relaxing stay.
The cleanliness was not good. The tables and bathroom were dirty. the air conditioning seemed poor though the furniture looked quite worn.
