This hotel offers a prime beachfront location. The staff are VERY friendly and go above and beyond to assist with any request. I appreciated the early luggage drop-off I received, and also a later check-out was granted to me due to my flight times. The restaurant staff were also beyond hospitable! (especially Mohamed saber)
The room had old furniture. It was not as expected. I had a room on the pool, and I'll never pay anything for such a room again!

The staff were very helpful. Alaa at the main restaurant bar was especially good. Osama in housekeeping was also helpful.
The furniture in the rooms needs to be renovated it is old. The air conditioning was old it was not working. There were a lot of insects too many mosquitos.
