amazing STAY, will DEFINITELY return!
maintained gardens marble shower super-king bed minibar inclusion
the hotel gardens are wonderfully maintained. flowers are present, shrubs abound, and birds are EVERYWHERE. gardeners care for the gardens constantly. my bedroom had a super-king bed and marble furnishings. the marble shower was EXCELLENT. the minibar included Coca-Cola, Fanta and Sprite.
the alcoholic COCKTAILS did not meet my expectations. the bar staff added spirits to drinks without my permission. this felt a bit unsafe.

the food options had great variety. there were healthy meals available and desserts, pastries and coffees were delicious. the food was definitely a highlight.

clean room helpful staff
i found very clean rooms. the staff was kind and ready to help. the pools were excellent, and the beach was great. the food was tasty, but more options would be nice. the a la carte restaurants provided a good dining experience.

nonfunctional wifi hidden costs
The advertised free WiFi was barely functional. I had difficulty connecting outside the lobby. This made online communication very frustrating. Excursions had hidden costs. All-inclusive often meant extra charges for essentials. Long waiting times were common, and the excursions were not as advertised. I felt things could be managed better.

friendly staff attentive team water polo bad food piece of pasta disappointing food
the staff were very friendly. the animation team were attentive, and i enjoyed water polo. there was a big party one night with singers and dancers.
the a la carte restaurants are not good. i saw pepper with one piece of pasta. the food was either bad or not what i expected.

the staff was really helpful.
The hotel assigned me two single beds. this was not the double bed i booked and was not as advertised online. I found this disappointing.
